Job Title: Videographer/Video Production Assistant Intern

Position Summary:
MacBean Communications is seeking a talented and motivated Videographer/Video Production Assistant Intern. This role is ideal for a college junior, senior, or graduate student majoring in broadcast journalism or digital media. This internship offers the chance to gain hands-on experience in video production and contribute to the visual storytelling of a leading communications firm.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production and editing of video content for MacBean Communications
- Operate video equipment to film events and interviews throughout Greater Boston
- Edit video footage using Adobe Premiere Pro and other editing software
- Collaborate with the social media team to create engaging video content for various platforms
- Stay updated on the latest video production trends and equipment
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand standards and messaging
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled as a college junior, senior, or graduate student majoring in broadcast journalism or digital media
- Minimum GPA of 3.6
- Student leadership experience
- Familiarity with the latest video production trends, equipment, and software
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and other video editing software
- Ability to travel throughout Greater Boston for video shoots
- Knowledge of the latest social media platforms and trends
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
